We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, company information, and any data you connect to Tally from third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon Selling Partner API, Shopify, Etsy). We also collect limited technical information about your use of the Service, including log data and device information.
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including to authenticate users, sync inventory data, generate forecasts, send transactional and support communications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
For users who connect their Amazon Seller account, we access only the data necessary to provide the Service (orders, inventory, listings, and related metadata). Amazon data is used solely to deliver Tally's inventory, forecasting, and reporting features. We do not share Amazon Selling Partner data with third parties except as required to operate the Service (e.g., our hosting and database providers) or as required by law.
We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers), each under contractual obligations to protect your data. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rhino Labs LLC, our users, or others.
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
